I made this quilt with a fat eighth bundle of Tula Pink’s Fox Field collection. I added in three solid colored blocks because I didn’t have quite enough just from this bundle. The white x’s and o’s are made with Kona Snow.
I used my own method for these blocks, I think they finished up at 10″ each, which makes for a quilt that’s about 50″x60″.
Here’s a tutorial for the X block, only it’s a fair bit smaller than mine. I know I had it figured out to work perfectly with one block made from each fabric of the fat eighth bundle…if I find my scribble measurement, I’ll try to add it here yet!
I used a voile on the back again, which together with the light quilting and the bright pink yarn ties in the middle of each block, makes for a veeerry soft quilt!
It looks like a lot of hugs and kisses are wrapped up in this quilt.
This quilt looks so squishy! (That's a very positive thing, by the way 🙂 ) It begs for a book and a lemonade!!!
this is simply lovely.
It's amazing how far a fat eighth bundle will go! This quilt makes me want to buy more fat eighths!

Beautiful! The tying of the quilt is such a sweet addition. I, for one, would appreciate it if you find your scribbles and let us know the size. I'm all for bigger!
