I’m currently in love with hand quilting. Every top I finish, I want to hand quilt it. But seriously, I just
don’t have that much sit down time!
Working on a quick and fun boy quilt cause my shop is almost empty and the boy quilts always go
first. I guess masculine quilts are just a bit scarce!
Thanks for your responses on my Granny Square blocks! You are all SO right that I need to learn
to crochet, and I will! It’s definitely on my list. Maybe in January…

Do you enjoy working with Perle Cotton (I assume that's what you're using in the tp photo)? I haven't had the chance to try it yet but it always looks so lovely when used on quilts.

I think boy quilts go so fast because its hard to just sit down and think of a really great quilt pattern for them. Also, fabric choices are difficult . Little girls are much easier! I could make a cute pink fluffy girl quilt in no time at all. Im still looking for the pattern you showed on a previous quilt. I bought the fabrics and cant wait to get started on my own little boy a quilt.

Your hand stitching adds so much to your quilts. I have yet to delve into the hand stitching because my couch or sitting time is for knitting usually. However, I love the look and want to try it someday.

CLEVER! I just love handmade, and I do what I can, but I can't sew. I will have to start watching you closely. Maybe I might learn something. Inspiring-Belinda

I've never hand quilted a quilt. How do you do it? I wonder if I can find any tutorials out there….

I'm sure there are lots of tutorials, but I like Anna Maria Horner's!
