Exciting news, friends! You have the chance to win some amazing fabric! First off we’ve got this bundle of great solids from MadAboutPatchwork. You’ve likely heard me mention this shop before. One of the main reasons I like to shop here is because it’s in Canada! Know what that means? It means that for once, the ‘FREE SHIPPING for orders over $$’ applies to me! This also means super fast shipping for me, compared to any US shop. Now for you Americans buying from MadAboutPatchwork, there’s really no disadvantages either. The shipping is still reasonable and fast. It seems to always be faster going South than coming North.
Another reason I shop here often is because she has almost ALL the basics I could ever need. A huge selection of Kona cottons and Shot cottons, as well as the Essex Linen blends that I always keep in stock.
I could say more, like a nice selection of modern print collections, patterns and FQ bundles. The final awesome secret is that she has a Shot Cotton color chart available. If you’re going to be using any amount of these fabrics, this is so valuable since Shot Cottons are notoriously hard to view online.
So now the fun part! That photo of fabrics above? You have a chance to win them! That’s a half yard each of all those basics I mentioned in this post on fabric. So the top four are Kona Snow, Stone, Natural and Aqua. Then we have the four Shot Cottons, Aqua, Tobacco, Tangerine, and Persimmon. Also included will be a half yard of Essex Linen in Natural.
I forgot to mention that Pam has the above bundle available to purchase in her shop!
And that is not all, oh no, that is not all! Here’s a Fat Eighth bundle of Modern Bliss, available to purchase from Westwood Acres. If you haven’t visited this shop yet, then head right over! In the three years since Amanda opened this shop, it has become one of my favorites.
This shop is beautiful and inspiring. Fabrics are mainly sold in bundles of fat eighths, fat quarters, and half yards. This is somewhat unique since not many shops sell collections in these sizes of bundles (especially fat eighths!) The next best thing is that I find the price to be very reasonable. I always do the math on bundles to see how much it comes out to be per yard. I don’t think you’ll find a shop with a better price than Westwood Acres!
Whenever a collection comes out that I know I’ll want a bundle of the whole range, I always check Westwood Acres first. If they have it in stock, I buy it here!
Amanda has offered to send this Fat Eighth bundle to one of my readers!
So now we have two bundles you could win. The half yard bundle of Solids and Shot Cottons, or the Fat Eighth bundle of this bright and happy rainbow fabric collection.
TO ENTER, tell me this in your comment: What’s your favorite online fabric shop? (If you’re like me and have 10 favorites, then just tell me your favorite one today.)

Oooo – wonderful fabrics from WONDERFUL shops! I have met Pam – she lives down the road from my sister and has a great selection. I do love The Village Haberdashery here in the UK too 🙂
I like Stash Fabrics on Etsy and I always check I Don't Do Dishes too when I'm looking for something! Thanks for the give away!
I have ordered a lot of fabric from Hawthorne Threads. They really have a vast and varied selection!! I love the modern bliss too!!
Oooh I always love getting suggestions on Canadian shops. Shipping from the US is always so pricey, and it looks like even if I don't make a large order shipping from Mad About Patchwork would still be reasonable.
My go to online shop in the Fat Quarter Shop, because they're selection is hard to mess with. If I need something specific they tend to be my best bet.
I have several favorites, but Hawthorn Threads is where I'll order from whenever possible.
I have ordered from Hawthorne Threads and the Fat Quarter Shop, but I also love I Don't Do Dishes and Stash Modern on Etsy. Thanks for the great giveaway!
My absolute favorite is Hawthorne Threads, but I shop at other online stores, too.
Lovely fabrics! I like Pink Castle but I've had great luck with shops on Etsy too. Thanks for the giveaway.
I love Hawthorne Threads because they have so many fabrics in stock, and I can order everything from one place. I have heard wonderful things about Westwood Acres though, and have been meaning to give it a try.
I've had great customer service from The Quilted Castle, and their prices were great as well, so I'll choose them as my favorite for today 🙂 thanks for the giveaway!
Hmmm… I like the fat quarter shop.
I like Pink Castle Fabrics since they're from my home state! Very nice giveaway thanks!
sarahschraw@gmail.com
I love Pink Castle, but I've found some really awesome etsy shops as well. It really depends on if I'm looking for something particular or just looking. 🙂
I like buying from Fabrics.com. Their design wall is really helpful when your deciding which fabrics you want and which ones coordinate well. Shipping price is free for orders over $35. Hard to beat that!
Love these bundles – I've never worked with shot cottons and would love to give it a try. I don't order from the States as much as I used to – the shipping has become so expensive, but I do love Sew Dearly Loved!
I'm a patchwork newbie so love getting suggestions about online shops – the Village Haberdashery looks good though x Jane
I love MAP, yay Canada! And I know that the acronym of the shop name is the owner's name backwards 8)
I have not been buying fabric online, yet, but I will not be surprised if Westwood Acres would become my favorite.
I really love Pink Chalk fabrics, they have a great selection and friendly staff.
Right this second my favorite is Hawthorne Threads, because they were a lifesaver with some specific fabrics that I needed.
I buy most of my stuff through fabricworm.com but I'll have to check out some of these other shops.
I love SEVERAL online shops; Marmalade Fabrics has AWESOME customer service, but Hawthorne Threads almost always has the fabric I need when I'm looking for something specific!
My favorite today would be MadAboutPatchwork. That bundle on top, in this blistering heat, has me thinking of cool Fall days…..ahhhhhh.
What a great prize!! there are a number of on-line shops I really like, but Hawthorne Threads comes to mind first! o:)
So many good ones. My favorite on-line today is Pink Chalk Fabrics.
Hawthorne Threads. Always has what I need. Great giveaway.

I haven't shopped much online, but I have liked Hawthorne Threads.
I have a couple, but West Wood Acres is my go to and the one I check first..great products and service.
My favorite online fabric shop is Mad About Patchwork! Pam is great! The prices are very good and my orders are always processed quickly. Shipping is cheaper and faster than the US shops. No customs fees either!
Gorgeous bundle of solids and shot cottons! My today favorite shop is Missouri Quilting Co… I love their Daily Deals! Pink Castle and Fresh Modern Fabrics are great too!
I am new to quilting and buying fabric. I haven't tried anything except Amazon.com yet.
I love you quilting sessions. They are very helpful to me and are so exciting I can't wait to make my first quilt! I would love some of this beautiful fabric for the project. Thanks for the offer.
I love lots of shops but today I'll say Fat Quarter Shop is my favorite!
So many favs ;), but my top one is Fat Quarter Shop.

Wonderful giveaway! I love the Fat Quarter Shop–very reliable.:) Thanks for the giveaway!
I have many favorite online shops! One of them is Intrepid Thread — lovely selection of fabrics and great customer service!
I really like Pink Castle Fabrics!
I usually buy from Hawthorne Threads and usually receive my fabric within two or three days. Great service! kcannon@anwsu.org
I've mostly shopped online at Hawthorne Threads. I like how the more you buy, the cheaper it gets 🙂
I love the selection at "Sew me a Song", she always has a nice selection of Japanese prints that I don't see in other shops. Plus the prices are very reasonable and the shipping is always speedy! (I have been drooling over the bundles in the Westwood Acre shop for a while now.)
I found a new one the other day called plush addict and got some really good deals on remnants!
my favorite is Fabricworm, but I also always go to Pink Chalk Fabrics – I like her selection. I do also have a bunch more, but those are my always-go-to stores. I'll have to check out Mad About Patchwork, because the free shipping to Canada would be a nice change 🙂
I like Westwood acres. I found out about the shop because of the low volume bundles she puts together. I read about them on a blog and realized I like her small bundle collections. Thank you!
My favorite is fabric.com…great prices and free shipping over $35.
I havent shopped this much online, but I love Fat Quarter Shop
I am going with The Intrepid Thread!
I like Hawthone Threads. Thanks for the heads-up on a Canadian shop!!
I buy primarily from hawthorne threads and pink castle fabrics. hawthorne is in ny state so it's semi-local and Brenda sucks me in with her clubs and her sales. thanks for the giveaway!
Westwood Acres – low volume bundles are great but all the bundles are tempting!
Pink Chalk! thanks for the chance(s)
oh my. i love them all 🙂 Hawthorne Threads is the first that came to mind though. I love that the price goes down the more you buy and theres flat rate shipping.
i order most consistently from fabric.com…when i am looking for a specific fabric, i tend to shop around to who has the best deal at the moment…but i am always open to new shops, so will definitely check out the 2 mentioned above. 🙂
thanks for the chance to win!
I like Marmalade Fabrics. I had the opportunity to meet Tammy at QuiltCon and she is really sweet.
I tend to shop at the store that has what I am looking for, and that seems to be a different shop all the time. One that I like is Intrepid Thread.
Westwood Acres is my favorite online shop; Amanda is the best! 🙂
oh wow, lovely giveaway! It's very hot and humid here in Midwest of US – I rather doing quilting at home than go outside ; my favorite online shop so far is Fat Quarter Fabric Store , they have a wonderful collection but if I want pay less sometime I visit Fabric.Com
Great bundles! I buy almost all of my fabrics online. My favorite is Fat Quarter Shop for the new releases and QuiltFabricCloseouts for older lines that I might have missed.
My frugal heart favors Connecting Threads. Great give-away!
I have a few favorite shops, but today Amanda's shop is my fave:) Did you know that there are two giveaways of F8's bundles from Amanda's shop? So generous!
I like fabric.com and connecting threads.
I love Mad about Patchwork as well, love Canadian shipping. Her orders always come so quickly.
I have many favourite online shops…
My Fabric Spot is a lovely online Canadian shop that I recently discovered. I love that she offers the choice of a FQ for any fabric she carries and the break on shipping (free shipping in Canada for over $100 purchase). Great customer service guarantees my repeat visits. ;o)
Thanks for sharing a couple of your favourite online shops with us and for the lovely giveaways, Jolene.
Shop is Pink Castle. Big box would have to be fabric.com 😉
wow… a single favorite shop… today it' rossvillequilts.com because they are having a $6 yard moda fabric sale today. Just a happy customer.
I have mostly bought my fabrics from Etsy, because usually I am looking for specific fabrics to coordinate with a jelly roll and they have good prices. I do buy from Connecting Threads as well.
westwood may be a new fav, great shop 🙂 thank you
I like fabricshack.com because they have a huge selection, tons of sale items, and shipping is always half price.
fabricworm.com. I love that they put together bundles that aren't just the collection just like I would in the store!
fabric.com just came through for me with a discontinued series so they are my #1 this week.
I have lots of favourites…I love the Westwood Acres "inside voices" bundles, but also shop pink castle alot for the selection and reasonable shipping to Canada 🙂
I do have lots of favorites but a current favorite today is Stash Fabrics. They have great customer service and fast shipping. And of course gorgeous fabrics. Thanks for the chance to win these beauties.
i definitely love pink castle the most.
i especially love the blogger bundles. 🙂
thanks for the giveaway chance.
My favorite is FabricWorm. 🙂
lots of favorites, but i really love hawthorne threads. thanks for the chance to win!
I have lots of favourites, but only just discovered Hawthorne Threads last week!
I love small print fabrics, so FARMHOUSE is my favorite! Thanks for the opportunity to win these lovely fabrics!
Love Westwood Acres, Intrepid Thread, Sew Fabulous, Fatquarter Shop etc, etc.
I haven't ordered from MadAboutPatchwork yet but they're in my bookmarks! As a newbie quilter, I've only had experience with a couple of shops. Pink Chalk Fabrics is a favorite.
I really like Westwood Acres, Stash Modern Fabrics, and Fat Quarter Shop.
M favorite? Hmmm. I buy a like from Pink Castle, Stash, and Fat quarter shop. I dunno what my favorite is, though! Tey all have advantages 🙂 thanks for the giveaway!
Westwood Acres!
I haven;t shopped at but a few online reatilers. And Contemporary Cloth is where my last order that I am waiting is coming from. Thank you for a chance to enterer the fabric giveaways. All of these fabrics are gorgeous.
My most all time favorite is Hawthorne Threads! They have super fast shipping (seems your fabric is at your doorstep soon as you hit Send) and excellent customer service! And the more you buy the cheaper the fabric is, can't beat that and that's not even counting that they have a HUGE selection of just about everything, I just love them period.
I really like Hawthorne Threads as well because they have the discount for purchasing more than a yard of fabric, which is great for my wallet. Except that I wind up spending more on fabric… 🙂
i like fabric.com because it's close and ships fast thanks
I have to admit, I've never done online fabric shopping as my office is just a few doors away from a great NYC fabric shop City Quilter. But I do browse and would buy something online if it isn't available at my LQS.
I haven't shopped at Westwood Acres but I'll add them to my list! My favorite online store is Hawthorne Threads.
Just one on-line shop…that's tricky because so many of them are great but I think I would say Marmalade Fabrics today.
I recently bought quite a bit of fabric from Westwood Acres and do say was very impressed with them. Will definitely buy again from there.
I love Emma's Fabric Studio because it sells Kona Cotton and other Robert Kaufman fabrics. It is quite hard to source lovely American fabric at one place in the UK and this is my fav shop! xo
I have seen lots of my favorites mentioned, so I will give a shout-out to Del Ray Fabrics. They have amazing sales now and then. Thanks for the chance to win these great bundles!
I'm a huge fan of westwood acres! Amanda is so sweet and she ships lightning fast!!
HELLO, I'M A BIG FAN OF SEVERAL! I'D SELECT FAT QUARTER SHOP FOR IT'S GREAT SELECTION! THANKS FOR A WINNING CHANCE AT SOME BEAUTIFUL FABRICS!
msstitcher1948@yahoo.com
Hi there. thanks for the giveaway. Connecting Threads is usually my go-to online shop. Great service and quick shipping.
k3ll3yb0b at gmail dot com
well, my favorite?! i don't have one i guess, because this all is really new to me 🙂
I love a bunch of online shops. Today I'm in love with Pink Chalk fabrics. Thanks for the chance!
Elizabeth
Lwghosts at yahoo dot com
I love the Intrepid Thread, Pink Chalk, and Sew Lux the best. 🙂 Thanks for the chance!
I really love Hawthorne Threads. They are so great!
I have ordered fabric from many different on line fabric shops and been pleased… The latest last week was the great fabric deals on the Craftsy website. In fact the deals were so popular that during the time I continued shopping items in my cart were no longer available. Thanks for the chance to win
There are several that I use and love including Westwood Acres. I like to shop around. My favorite right now would be Fat Qtr Shop and then Fabricworm for organic fabric. Thanks for the chance to win!
I love the sewing studio for their really reasonably priced precuts. Thanks xxx
It's hard to pick one favorite but I like Fresh Squeezed Fabrics a lot.
Today, it's Pink Castle Fabrics. Thanks for the great giveaway!
Big fan of Intrepid Thread and Stash on Etsy. I've had my eye on bundles from Westwood as well.
I have never bought fabric online so no favorite yet. I am planning on checking out everyone's suggestions in the comments because I bought a new machine today and can't wait to start something new!
Seriously so many favorites. Julie from Intrepid Thread, FQS, Westwood Acres…yeah way too many. ♥
I've been trying to support Canadian shops like Mad About Patchwork and My Fabric Spot:) in terms of selection though, I like how Sondra at Contemporary Cloth stocks a very unique style of prints; same with Drygoods. Oh, and let's not forget Superbuzzy!
Hawthorne Threads is my go-to online fabric store, because they have so much in stock and their prices are good. Thanks for the chance to win!
I've been really happy with stash modern fabrics
Today I love SewFineFabric on Etsy. $2.50 flat rate shipping to the US! Talk about an excuse to fill up your shopping cart 😉
I love Sew Lux fabrics. They are so sweet and answer my millions of newbie questions!
Thank you for the giveaway, being I am new to quilting I don't really have a fave, maybe it will be westwood acres.
(smjohns63 at yahoo dot com)
I love Material Girl in Grand Island, NE! 🙂 the little fat-eighth you are giving away is my fave!
Hmmmm I love Spoonflower.com the best I think. Great blog, BTW!
My current favorite shop is Hawthorne Threads. So many wonderful shops to check out in the future, for sure!
(majesticjenkinsATgmailDOTcom)
I like Julie at Intrepid Thread and Hawthorne Threads. Thanks for the chance to win. I'm glad to hear about the shops.
I try to support my local shop as much as possible but do buy some online. So many great shops out there–I guess it would be one of the Pinks-Castle or Chalk
Mad About Patchwork is my favourite Canadian online shop. And increasingly I turn to it since the cost of international shipping has gone up so much. I peruse the sale section regularly and am so glad that I can do that online. I like the way the fabric essentials are classified.
I like Fabric Shoppe – they may not be the biggest but they have GREAT service and have gotten me out of a bind when i didn't order enough (several times, LOL). But I'm always looking for new shops to check out 🙂
I buy mainly from fabric.com since I can usually find a coupon
I haven't let myself buy fabric online yet. I think it would start a dangerous habit! I mostly just stalk the fabric at fat quarter shop and on etsy. If I oogle it long enough, maybe it will come home on its own accord. I'm taking the Field of Dreams approach.
Fresh Stash on Etsy! (But actually I have a long list of favorites along with it…)
I like the FQS!
Today I like Fat Quarter Shop. Thanks for the great giveaway.
Right at this moment – it's Pink Castle fabrics! That may change though! Thanks to you and your sponsors for hosting such a generous give away!
Wonderful giveaway! I am VERY new to quilting, and trying to build up a stash now, but I just ordered from Hawthorne Threads and had a great experience!
As you I love ordering from Mad About Parchwork. It is so fast. I just love your basic FQ bundle. Thanks for the giveaway.
They are all favorites. I like Hancocks-Paducah for bargain prices on the fabric I buy for charity sewing.
I used to buy at fabric.com, but found when the fabric arrives it doesn't look quite like I imagined–sometimes the color was wrong, sometimes the pattern size was way off, even though they include a ruler to show gauge. So that must be something wrong with me, not them. Now I figure out what I want to buy (designer, color, pattern, or whichever) and then head over to etsy to see who's selling it!
I have so many, but right now it's Connecting Threads for reasonable prices, great service and good quality fabric, and The Fat Quarter Shop for designer lines and great service. Thanks for the chance at some lovely fabric!!
I love shopping at Mad About Patchwork, and I am going to check out Westwood Acres. Thanks.
I like hawthorn threads but since I'm a Canadian too I should check out Mad About Patchwork!!!
I shop Westwood Acres a lot. You are right it has the best prices in bundles and they usually have the line I am hunting for.
The intrepid thread and FQS will always be my favorites. They are so generous sponsoring so many prizes that I can't help but love them both.
Right now my favorite is Hawthorne Threads!!
I've fallen in love with Pink Castle Fabrics and Westwood Acres 🙂 I can't choose just one!
I use 'I don't do dishes" on Etsy, but I also like Pink Castle Fabrics 🙂
Thanks for the chance to win!
i love hawthorne threads, they have such a great selection of voile
Hawthorne threads because of how easy they make it to find coordinating colors.
i don't have one but what I do like is all the little retailers on Etsy who stock the collections and fabrics I am looking for. So when I see something I do want a quick search yields the best price per yard, shipping costs and transit time since I look for places on the west coast close to where I live.

I love the FatQuarterShop. So easy to navigate, so many great options!

I am having a SENIOR BLONDE moment.
My favourite online fabric shop is the Fat Quarter Shop. Orders are dealt with so quickly, the fabric arrives before I have finished placing my order, or so it seems.
Wonderful range wonderful service.
Wow MadAboutPatchwotk looks like a great fabric shop. I love a lot so my fav at the moment is an etsy shop called Westwood Acres. Thank you for the chance! 🙂
I like Mad About Patchwork & have ordered from there, but for big selection & bargain prices it's hard to top Thousands of Bolts! Even after the US postal rate increase, it's worth ordering from! annesimonot@sasktel.net
I would have to say the Fat Quarter Shop, so easy to navigate
I love Westwood Acres, and also Sew Me a Song on Etsy. For shipping overseas I find these etsy shops give better deals.
My favorite shop is Westwood Acres– I just received an order from them today, coincidentally. I love getting bundles from them.
My favorite would be Fat Quarter Shop. So many great option and very efficient in delivery service too! Thanks for the chance to win.
I really love the Missouri Star Quilt Complany. Thanks for the giveaway!
I am lucky to live close enough to my favorite quilting store, Cabbage Rose Quilting, which also sells their fabric online at: http://www.cabbagerosequilting.com. Although I have been quilting for a few years, I am loving your "Learn to Quilt Quiltalong". It is always fun and helpful to hear other quilters tips and ideas. Thanks for the chance to win!
So hard to pick just one, but I would go with Sew Lux Fabrics. I love getting their pretty packages, and they have terrific service!
I actually haven't bought any fabric online. Only locally. However, I do follow some and Fat Quarter Shop tends to catch my eye. I haven't really looked closely at them to make a purchase yet.
Awesome giveaway – thank you for the opportunity to win!
If it's a random piece that I've coveted (say from Heather Ross!) I typically shop around on Etsy but for a collection I really like Hawthorne Threads. For me their website is very easy to navigate.
I am still looking for the perfect online fabric shop. Though I am very often tempted to buy online, the outrageous shipping costs to Germany keep me from actually ordering. And I don't understand, why the shipping rates differ a lot from shop to shop, like between 16 and 30$ for the same package. So, my favorite online shop would be one with reasonable shipping rates, an easy to navigate website and a wide selection of designers and fabrics 🙂
I like both your sponsor shops, but today my favorite is The Intrepid Thread!
Oh man! I do have a lot of fave shops!! But the last one I ordered fabric from was pink chalk fabrics. But my go to site when I'm searching for something is Hawthorne Threads! Thanks for the chance!!
Hi! I really like Hawthorne Threads. They have great service and a really nice newsletter that highlights all new fabrics and patterns.
I love to buy from JAQS fabrics, but I also love Fat Quarter Shop. Thanks for the chance to win!
I do have lots of favorites, but if I had to pick one it would be the Fat Quarter Shop, they are wonderful!
Love Pink Castle Fabrics! Thanks for the opportunity to win such great fabrics!
German shops are smaller, but I love them, too.
My favourite is "farbstoff.org" by Brigitte Heitland
Kind regards and thanks for the chance to win :0)
Karin
Westwood Acres is my favorite online shop!
I love looking at the range on Fat Quarter Shop, but I buy from sewpretty.co.nz because it's local and the free shipping over $xx applies to me! Thanks for the chance to enter an awesome giveaway.
I always buy from Hawthorne Threads despite living in the UK, it still works out cheaper even with shipping and tax!!!
I Love Hawthorne Threads, though I haven't ordered there yet, I will in the near future, because they have such a good selection. As I live in Germany it#s not always easy to get fabrics from my favorite designers, like Michael Miller, Denyse Schmidt, even Lori Holt for Riley Blake is hard to get here.
I live in New Zealand but buy most of my fabric from the US. I have bought from several online stores. Probably most often from Fabric Shack and Fat Quarter Shop. I am always on the lookout for stores with good shipping prices and a good range of fabrics at good prices. I will take a look at your 2 giveway's websites.
I have been very pleased with the fabric and customer service from Intrepid Thread.
I live in Australia & shop mainly from American online shops, the two I shop at the most are Pink Castle Fabrics (great sales) & Fabric Shack (great reduced shipping rates, such a great thing!) . Thanks for the lovely giveaway.
Yes, thanks for the lovely giveaway!! I shop at Cotton Tale Fabrics in Hillcrest, and I used to (when the Rand Dollar exchange rate wasn't so bad), at the Fat Quarter Shop 🙂
renesharp@telkomsa.net
I really like Pink Castle Fabrics but I have just made a purchase from Westwood Acres. I like trying out new stores as long as shipping is reasonable and of course I get sucked in by sales and discounts.
Thanks for the chance to win.
Abbe
I really love Pink Castle fabrics but have also got some super deals from DelRay Fabrics as well as fabric.com
Thanks for the giveaway! I love Connecting Threads. I love one of their designers, Jenni Calo and they have really great regular prices and really good sale prices too!
Hawthorne Threads and Pink Chalk. I have been eying persimmon since your post!
I love Pink Chalk Fabrics 🙂
I'm from Europe, two of my favorite shops are ElaStellmach and Staghorn on DaWanda.
Hancock's of Paducah for the great sales!
I have some great shops in town but love the fabric collections at Pink Chalk too
Hard to pick just one, but for today, it's Hawthorne Threads. Love both bundles.
Hawthorne threads is my most used website. But, I love supporting the smaller shops on etsy whenever I can.
Hmm, my favorite online place to buy fabric would have to be Connecting Threads!
I'm not a huge on line shopper. I like to support local but I have ordered from the Fat Quarter Shop. Thanks for the chance and for telling us about these Canadian shops : )
I think The Fat Quarter Shop is my favorite, even though I live in Texas so have to pay sales tax on my orders!
tstanulis@mac.com
It is hard to pick a favorite, but if forced I would say Alewives in Maine! Between their unique selection and friendly service … well I have been a fan for several years. After reading many of the comments above I will have to check some of these out. Thanks
Lovely giveaway! I haven't shopped at mad about patchwork. I have loved shopping at west wood acres. My favorite shop today is fabric shack.
I haven't done a ton of online fabric shopping, the only places I have used before are: Fabric.com, Fat Quarter Shop & Pink Chall Fabrics.
Fabricworm has been great for me. Fast shipping, good customer service and i was totally infatuated with the whole Jay-Cyn fabric line they had for a while. Now I just like what they have. Lots of great Etsy shops too. Cami
equilter.com
Today, thespiderswebfabricshop.com is my favorite online.
I do have several favorites, but have probably purchased the most from Hawthorne Threads and Pink Castle Fabrics.
Most of my online purchases are from Westwood acres..got a great bundle of Art Gallery "Indian Summer" from her two weeks ago. I also use Quilt Taffy, Fat Quarter Shop, Moona Fabrics, and a few other Etsy shops.
Hawthorne Fabrics is my current fave!
My current favorite online shop is Quilthome.com. They have great fabrics, prices and ship very quickly!
OH, there are so many I like. Christa Quilts has free shipping (to the U.S.). The one I really love is Ladyfingers Sewing…great prices and she carries all the Jo Morton Fabrics!!
Thanks for the chance to win!!
http://www.intrepidthread.com is my most favorite, but like you, I have several that are my favorites and I like to use – including Westwood Acres.
I like Hawthorne Threads. I also use Pink Chalk and several Etsy shops frequently-maybe too frequently.
Linda
I have several favorites, but I love Shannon fabrics and I do love Souphina – Tecidos Gourmet here in portugal too :)The are lots of great Etsy shops too. Thanks for the lovely giveaway.
Any shop that has a good selection and FREE SHIPPING! Free shipping always sucks me in, I feel guilty just getting a few things so I tend to load up the cart! It's funny, though, when shops offer "free shipping over X amount of dollars", I pass them up. Just doesn't generate the same buzz for me…. I'm weird like that!
I try to give all the shops some business. I do love Westwood Acres for her bundles and prices and Hawthorne threads is a go-to quite regularly. You can't beat Fabric.com free shipping and coupons either. Thanks for the give away.
I shop a lot from the Fat Quarter Shop but also like Sew Deerly Loved on Etsy as she carries fabric that I love.
I like Sprightly Fabrics
Ha ha, I have a lot and I order from a variety of places. I really like Fabric Shack because they have cheap shipping and they let me order a quarter yard cut. Plus they tend to have prints that other shops have already sold out of.
My favorite online shop is Pink Chalk, great fabric selection, great service! I live within a days drive of them but I am on the other side of the border, so shipping is expensive. My favorite Canadian online shop is Sew Sisters, I think they're in Ontario. They have a great sale section, great for backings.
I have asked my local brick & mortar shop, Satin Moon, to order in specific Kona solid colours, and they will! It pays to ask 🙂
Pink Chalk is my favorite for selection and service but shipping is expensive.
Sew Sisters is my favorite Canadian online shop. Great sale section!
I really like pink chalk fabrics as they often have amazing scrap bags too which gives me the chance to pick up some fabric we never see in Scotland!
All the online quilt shops are wonderful, each offers something different and unique to them. I do like Fat Quarter Shop and Hawthorne Threads for their large selections. Thank you for this great giveaway.
Have a super great sewing and stitching day!
So far it is Craftsy because they often have good deals on background solids and their shipping to Canada isn't unreasonable.
Oh my goodness, thank you all for the wonderful compliments and support! It sounds like our tiered pricing, site navigation, and newsletters are a hit. My husband Charlie designed and built our site, and I happily select the fabrics we carry – we make a great team, along with our awesome staff. Thank you all, we are so flattered!
Happy Sewing,
Lindsay
Intrepid Thread today…Pink Chalk yesterday…hmmm, tomorrow?
I like to shop at Hawthorne Threads, Hamels and Mad About Patchwork, but will look around to see what other fabrics are available.
I like to distribute my money to as many shops as possible! A couple favourites are Hawthorne Threads and The Intrepid Thread. Thanks for the wonderful giveaway!
Fat Quarter Shop because they have great pictures of the fabrics.
I really like The Little Fabric Shop (www.thelittlefabricshop.com). Fun selection & fast service, plus you can get 1/4 yard cuts, which is hard to find online!
My favourite shop is Hawthorne Threads, but there others that are among my favourites, like Westwoodacres and some other etsy stores.
I haven't done much online shopping. I really like Missouri Star Quilt Company.
karen(dot)patriquin@gmail(dot)com
hawthorn threads is a current fave.
I like to support small businesses….

I love Westwood Acres. I buy from her frequently and always check her shop first. Any other favorite shops I have would be etsy shops.
Hawthorn Threads is my favorite- I just find their website really easy to search. However, I also shop Pink Castle, Pink Chalk and many more.
I really like Hawthorne threads but I'll first check Madaboutpatchwork cuz its canadian. My next fav is westwood acres because of her prices and because she offers fat eighths.
I enjoyed purchasing from pink chalk fabrics, Hawthorne Threads, Fat Quarter Shop, sewlux fabrics and also westwood acres. What I don't enjoy are shipping rates to Europe but the yard is still cheaper than over here…
Thanks for the chance to win! I use a lot of shops, but I especially like Stash Modern Fabric on Etsy!
I will admit I've never ordered fabric online but I'm a quick learner
One of my favorites is actually Mad About Patchwork, being a fellow Canadian! I too love that shipping can be free for me (for once in my life!). I also shop very often on various Etsy shops.
Oh I have so many I like but it is hard getting good deals with shipping to Luxembourg. So I almost always end up buying in my local shop! Thanks for the chance to win.
Fantastic! I usually shop online at Fat Quarter Shop because they are right here in the same town as I am, so my order usually shows up in my mailbox the next day! I also buy a lot from Etsy sellers.
I also have many favorites, but if I had to choose just one, it would be "Sew Me A Song" on Etsy. I place an order and it seems like its in my mailbox the next day! Great selection and service!
I prefer to shop at sewitis.com. Cindy's prices are great. Her machine-quilting is amazing too.
I luv The Intrepid Thread!
I've only just started quilting so haven't really found my way around online shops. Etsy is great though – I have often dipped for yarn there and it's wonderful to find fabric too. Plus all the inspiring finished quilts on there. I have lots hours of my life browsing 🙂
All the shops I've ordered from have been wonderful, so I would be hard-pressed to select only one as my favorite. — soparkaveataoldotcom
My favourite is Hawthorne Threads
My fave fabric shop: 4th and Main in Cannon Falls, MN. I'm also currently loving Caitlin Wilson Textiles online!
I love fabric.com and have had good luck on Esty as well.
Ooh – those solids are beautiful! I'd have to say I most often frequent Fabric Shoppe on etsy – a great selection and her shipping is fast-fast-fast (but I'm in the US, haha). The Intrepid Thread is a close second, and she has also opened up a brick and mortar here in my very city, which means I can see all the fabrics in person! Thanks for the giveaway! Recently had great customer service from Intrepid Thread. She puts together some great bundles.
My favourite shop is definitely Mad About Patchwork – great selection, great customer service, Canadian!
I love Imagine Fabric – they always have the best scrap bags!
I found an Etsy shop that has similar taste to me, but I shop from fabric.com more frequently because of their free shipping if you spend $35 and location. I live about 45 minutes from them so I get it fast!
Hawthorne Threads hands down. The sight is really great and shows off the fabrics really well!
I use Pink Castle most, but also many others, I may be buying more fabric than I need!!
Tactile Fabrics is my favorite Etsy shop. Hawthorne Threads my favorite on-line shop.
Fabricworm is my favourite right now, I love their bundles and the selection of fabrics really fits my tastes. I also love the wide selection of children's and Japanese fabrics.
Today I like Green Fairy Quilts. Just discovered Westwood Acres recently. Nice shop!
I like the fat quarter shop but when they don't havecwhat I'm looking for I do an etsy search
Spolgarquilts.wordpress.com
I love Pink Castle Fabrics, and I also like Fishskin Fabrics because they are in BC!
I love Quilt Taffy- it helps that I know the owner and she is so sweet. Thanks for the store introductions and giveaways!
Fat Quarter Shop is my favorite. Thanks.
I have ordered from Amanda at Westwood Acres and just loved my experience. She was so friendly. Also, I love the flat rate shipping.
I like bicsbusiness.nl from the Netherlands! Very friendly staff, quick to respond to email and fabulous fabrics! Wish they had even more!

I have several favorites, but my favorite today has to be Pink Castle, because they sent me a shipping notice for my Briar Rose! Thanks for the chance to win these stacks!
I have really been loving pink castle lately.
A new Canadian shop to me is Warp & Weft, they have lovely fabrics. And Fabric Spot (also Canadian)! Oops, that's two! 😉
Oh now that's a hard one! I love any shop that sells fabric…lol! Pink Castle is a fave right now! That's for a wonderful giveaway!!!

My favorite is Hawthorne Threads because their website is so easy for me to navigate. I've also been very happy with the fabric packages I've received from them. 🙂
I really like Hawthorne Threads. They have such a wide selection. I also like that you can search by color and save your favorites to go back to later.
