While feeding the new wee babes at all hours of the day and night, I’ve been finding myself browsing the online fabric shops a little more than usual. Let’s just say it hasn’t been that good for my pocketbook (aka Paypal account)!
One of my favorite spots to shop online from my phone has been Fabric Spark and I found myself putting together virtual fabric bundles. Here’s one that I fell in love with, and they generously sent it to me to play with and entice you with as well!
I can’t wait to cut into it, although I haven’t completely finalized my pattern plans. As usual I probably won’t know for sure till a few minutes before cutting! At 10 fat quarters though, it should make a small lap quilt, or a large one if I add a neutral solid to the plan.
So if any of you are as crazy as me for these wild and brilliant colors, you can purchase this fat quarter bundle here. (and if by chance you do, I’d LOVE to see what you make with it!)

I had to laugh when I read this post. I just had a baby as well and my fabric stash has uhm…. Increased quite a bit due to 4am shopping as well. We don't need to tell my husband about it though. 😉

I just caved in big time! A chance to duplicate a quilt by you? I looked at their site but can't find where they are. Canada?

Hahaha, 7 week old babe here on my boob, and multiple fabric deliveries currently in transit too! Now, just to find time to sew…

Love the vibrancy of your selection! Congrats on new baby 😉 ps. If you get a minute (hard with new babe) I want to make a granny squares quilt- already looked over your jellyroll tutorial, do you have an easy way to describe (figure the math) how to cut up a layer cake? Thanks!

Haha! I didn't get a smartphone until the youngest of my 6 children was past the age of nursing. Just think of all the surfing (and buying) I could have done in those 15 years of just sitting if those nifty little things had been around 🙂
Congrats on your sweet babe and enjoy all your nursing/shopping/dreaming up new quilts time with him 😉

I spent my way through the first 6 months of babydom – it was so easy to online shop while I was up doing the feeding and then struggling to get back to sleep. Some of my favourite fabrics in my stash I brought during this time. Loving the math print in this bundle! Can't wait to see what you do with it.
