I’ve always loved those crocheted granny square throws, but I don’t know how to crochet…
I decided to use my 2.5″ squares to make a quilt inspired by this look. I’m hoping that sashing them with a nice wide white strip will give them the look I’m going for.

That's a great idea, they look really pretty, BUT you should learn to crochet, it's easy and fast.

I have done some crocheting and I like the 'granny square' idea. But give me fabric and a rotary cutter anytime over yarn and a hook! (just a preference….) I just may have to give this idea a try……
You have great ideas…..

Ah, crocheting is so much more relaxing too. I like hand embroidery and crocheting…cause I can be in 'the middle of things' and sit with the fam in the living room…rather than tucked away in my corner muttering frustrations at my sewing machine! 🙂 Hope you are well, Jo!
